Are you interested in getting involved in undergraduate research, but aren’t sure where to start? Check out L.E.A.R.N.!
L.E.A.R.N. (Leadership and Excellence Academic Research Network) is a networking platform created to connect students with MTSU faculty research opportunities, allowing them to explore ongoing projects and view faculty availability. This network is a replacement for the previous lab directory.
The link below is organized by discipline, descriptions of labs, key skills they are looking for in student.
Faculty, would your lab like to be featured in our network? If so, please complete this informational form. If you already are featured and would like to update your information, please complete this form.
This initiative was made possible through a collaborative partnership between the Student Organization for the Advancement of Research (SOAR), Dr. Jamie Burriss (Director of SOAR and Faculty Advisor), Zahraa Al Rubaye (Undergraduate Assistant and Biochemistry major), and Zaynab Alnassari (Founder, Web Developer, and Biology major). Together, we aim to foster meaningful connections between students and faculty, strengthening and expanding access to research opportunities across campus.
