Diabetes is a widespread disease and neuropathy is a common complication that can lead to amputations. Anything to stop that would be a step in the right direction. What are your professional aspirations?
I aspire to be a physician scientist. I would like to go into academic medicine and work on research, teaching future medical doctors, and practicing medicine myself.Do you have any advice for future researchers?
Keep a notebook of your ideas that you end up getting. Then one day, open up the book and look over your ideas, read papers, and see what you can make of it.
