Project Description
My current research project is about creating a database to deposit genetic information about TN darters. Such information will be necessary to maintain livelihood and focus on preserving species from ecological and evolutionary aspect.Why does this topic interest you?
This topic interests me because it is local (right here at the heart of TN) and is a unique one-of-a-kind project in encoding genetic information as well as adding to databases for others to look at.What are your professional aspirations?
My professional aspirations is to go into optometry, dental, pharmacy field. I have passion and interest in all of these careers as they are vital in patient care experience. Each of these professions play a critical role in helping patients with day to day activities.Do you have any advice for future researchers?
